Porterbrook sponsors Three Peaks by Rail for seventh year
Congratulations to everyone who took part in and completed the Porterbrook sponsored Railway Children Three Peaks by Rail 2026.
Competing not just with three mountains, but with a heat wave, and even snow, participants persevered through to the final Ben Nevis summit on Saturday 27th June, raising important funds for the charity.
220 people took part in the event this year, from 36 different companies. Together, they’ve currently raised over £215,000 for the charity, and counting!

“Ending street life for vulnerable children everywhere is something we all feel deeply committed to, and you’ve played an important role in that with your perseverance on the mountains. Well done!”
