Porterbrook Appoints New Director Of Engineering Services

Porterbrook today announced the appointment of Jason Groombridge as its new Director of Engineering Services.

This senior role will see Jason take responsibility for all engineering activities delivered by the business, including day-to-day customer support, whole life asset management and future strategy. Porterbrook owns over 30% of the passenger vehicles currently operating on Britain’s railway.

Jason is a Chartered Engineer and has extensive experience of the rolling stock sector, gained in both the UK and Australia. He will join Porterbrook on 6th September from SNC Lavalin where he has held various senior roles, most recently as Director of Rolling Stock.
